Check the label, trim the wick as directed, and clear away wick trimmings or debris before lighting.

Keep a burning candle in sight, on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, flammable objects, children, and pets.

Follow the label’s burn-time limit. Extinguish the flame and let the candle cool completely before moving or relighting it.

How do I place an order?

Add your favorite products to the bag and choose “Prepare order inquiry.” Copy the message, open our Instagram profile, tap Message, and paste it into a conversation. We’ll confirm the details before you make a purchase. The bag does not place an order or take payment. For questions, you can also use our contact form to send an email inquiry.

Where can I find prices and availability?

When a price is listed, it is shown in USD on the product card. Products without a listed price are priced by inquiry. Ask us to confirm availability, shipping, tax, and your final total before ordering. The bag is an inquiry list, not a paid order or a reservation.

Do you offer shipping or local pickup?

Please ask us about your location when you inquire. Available delivery methods, shipping costs, pickup arrangements, and timing must be confirmed before ordering.

What ingredients are in the candles?

For the wax blend, fragrance ingredients, wick type, or any specific sensitivities, please ask about the individual product before purchasing.

How long will my candle burn?

Burn time depends on the individual candle and how it is used. Ask us about the specific product, and follow the instructions on its label. A jar size alone is not a burn-time guarantee.

Can you help me choose a gift?

Of course—start with the scent finder or send a gifting inquiry. Tell us a little about the occasion and the scents the recipient enjoys. Packaging options, special requests, and deadlines should be confirmed directly with us.

The little rituals

Care for your candle.

Always follow the instructions supplied with your specific candle. These are general care reminders, not a replacement for its safety label.

Before lighting

Trim the wick as the label directs; general guidance is approximately ¼ inch. Remove debris from the wax. Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and anything that can catch fire.

While it’s burning

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from children and pets. Follow the candle’s maximum burn time and extinguish it before leaving the room or going to sleep.

When the moment is over

Extinguish the candle carefully and allow it to cool completely before touching or moving the container. Follow the label’s guidance on when to stop using the candle as the wax runs low.

Questions about your product?

For wax melts, use a suitable wax warmer and follow both the warmer’s and product’s instructions. Fragrance products are not food. Ask Auralume for any product-specific guidance you need before use.

This website uses browser local storage to remember product IDs and quantities in your inquiry bag. It does not store your name or contact message there. Clear your bag or your browser’s site data to remove that information.

Contact messages go to our email inbox.

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, selected topic, message, and form URL are sent to FormSubmit, our external email-form service. FormSubmit processes the submission and forwards it to Auralume after recipient activation. Its spam checks may use Google reCAPTCHA and process technical connection information. You leave this website briefly to complete delivery and any spam check. We use your inquiry and email address to respond; submitting this form does not sign you up for marketing.

Contact messages are not stored in this website’s product database or shown in the admin dashboard. The email provider and FormSubmit may retain submissions under their policies; this website cannot delete those copies. To ask about your inquiry, contact Auralume. Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive information.

Your inquiry bag still uses Instagram.

The bag and gifting shortcuts prepare editable text on your device. You decide whether to copy the text and send it on Instagram. Clipboard access is requested only when you choose to copy a message. No payment or order is processed by this website.

Owner access.

The owner portal uses a private session cookie for sign-in. This cookie is limited to the admin area. The server stores catalog data, uploaded images, and owner administration records; it does not receive customer contact messages from the storefront.

External services.

The contact form uses FormSubmit; see its privacy policy. There is no analytics tracker, advertising pixel, marketing email signup, or embedded Instagram feed in this build. Links to Instagram and candle-care resources open external websites, whose own privacy practices apply. When hosted online, the hosting provider may separately process technical connection information under its own policies.

Product imagery and information.

The initial product views use photographs from the Instagram screenshot supplied for this website; the owner can update these images and the catalog through the store dashboard. The Parisian storefront scene is an artistic brand concept, not a photograph of a physical Auralume location. Hero and story imagery are styled campaign concepts, not additional product photographs. Scent descriptions are creative impressions based on product names—not ingredient lists. Current price, availability, ingredients, delivery, and order terms must be confirmed directly with Auralume.
